Fit Guide

Use the following fit guide to help you orient yourself and find the right piece for you.
There are no rules for style and you are encouraged to choose whichever size and cut that feels best for you. Wear them oversized, short, long or anywhere in between.
We create our pieces using these shapes as our base although each fabric that we find calls for their own attention and alterations. Those will be noted in each product description.
If you have any questions about a fit or how a cut might look on you, send us an email with your thoughts and measurements.

SHIRTS

Relaxed Fit
The relaxed fit is a longer length shirt with gently sloping shoulders, a soft collar, and wide hems. It is a flowy style and is usually paired with softer materials.

Boxy Fit
The boxy fit is a shorter length, with drop shoulders, a wide collar and short sleeves. Often paired with stronger materials, it holds its shape on the body and is an expressive overshirt.

PANTS

A note on the pants:
We have two types of pants, single-pleat and double pleat.
The single-pleat pants has one pleat in the back, making it suitable for people with narrower hips. The double-pleat pants have, you guessed it, two pleats in the back which give more room for people with a bit of extra tush. The pants are blindhemmed so that the length can be easily adjusted.

Both pants are high waisted with a simple elegant silhouette.
