SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Your shipping rates are calculated at checkout once you enter your destination.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Berlin, Germany once per week. You will get a notification email with your tracking number and delivery information once your order leaves the studio. If you would like your order expedited let us know and we will do what we can to get your piece to you as fast as possible. Orders will be shipped via DHL unless otherwise stated.  

The shipping rates do not include duty or customs fees that your country may charge. If you have any questions about shipping methods or placing an international order, please send us an email and we will be happy to help you out. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS

You can make an exchange or return your order for a refund if you find that a piece is not for you. We accept returns that start within 14 days from the delivery date. All items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached. We do not accept returns for custom pieces, but you can email us for adjustments.

To arrange a return please send an email to info@studioabeles.com with your name and order number. Products are returned at your own cost. Once your return reaches our studio we will give you a full refund, minus the original shipping costs. We are not responsible for duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
